Unlike most dealers, we can install the frost free piers for you. And we even have our own crane rigging for basement sets.

Some factories may have higher quality of workmanship, use better material, or give better service. This is all reflected in the price. We at R & J Home Center prefer not to sell the cheapest built homes on the market. Instead we sell the highest quality homes at a fair price. Sorry, we can't stay in business without making a profit, but we try not to be undersold either. Through our finance companies we offer fixed rate, or variable rate loans with as little as five percent down and terms up to thirty years. If you are planning to buy a home, don't buy a new car. A large car payment could throw you out of budget for a home. Buy the car after the new home. Banks have guidelines for purchasing homes, all you need for a car loan is a job and a pulse.
